IAT Use of Instant Tokens for Real Estate

Real estate is property that consists of land and buildings on it, together with its natural resources such as plants, minerals or water, properties cannot be removed from this nature. An interest given in this matter also concerns an item from real property and more generally the building or housing in general. Which also includes the real estate business of the profession of buying, selling or renting land, buildings or housing. Residential real estate can contain family structures or single families available for residence, work or for non-business purposes.

At present, we have an asset management company that is operational and profitable thus, the acquired property will be entrusted to the management company. Discounts will be given to buyers and tenants if tokens are used in transactions through the platform. The company will also handle large project requests such as digitizing buildings commercial or mall for resale and will also be looking to work with landowners and developers for development projects.

The IA Tokens concept is a form of real estate tokenization and will be released through the Initial Coin Offering or ICO process on the Ethereum network and will be compatible with ERC. The Token also aims to revolutionize the real estate industry using Blockchain technology through the development of the IAT Platform. Funds obtained from this ICO will be used to develop the IAT block and assets will be acquired to form the majority of the properties in the IAT ecosystem. NIAT will be a local token equivalent to IA Tokens. These will be in each of the real estate markets and are pegged against the country's native currency. Thus, each country will have its own NIAT. It will not be printed by itself and can only be purchased use IA Tokens. This is to ensure that the end user is not exposed to the volatility of the cryptocurrency market.

In further development the IAT Betha will be realized to destroy traditional real estate channels and IAT will develop its own web portal to serve individual owners, agents or brokers, clients and all IA Token holders. The portal will feature a variety of functions and various services.
